I dont quite understand the mechanic of the ending. Why did he Flower of Ordeal suddenly accept it. It got confronted, shot and glitches but thats it? Personally I need an epilog and a flashback for more clearance.

BUT i enjoyed this story a ton. I cried so much and i cant believe we supposedly only get 70ch... This has been the most unique story I've read in a while

Im so so glad this Finish Legend is included! The story of the White Death Simo Häyhä is absolute nuts.

I will shamelessly recommend the Metal Band Sabaton at this point. His story and many more are sung about and an absolute blast for history nerds

Tbh i kinda like the Empress. She may have a petty obsession with the past but she has been very fair and objective otherwise. I like that you can also see her struggle with the pain but also being shaken with the understanding that Bam never actually did anything wrong. She just tries to escape the trauma. I can see that she will change her way and finally accept the truth for what it is. I also hope that she and Hae retire together to the countyside and get some deserved rest. She is a good mother and empress but never had the chance to process and get some therapy
