Looks like I gotta dig out the kidnap bag again...

This is just your typical, "I have lived multiple lives and go reincarnated in a world that I know the future of and I'm a kid, so I'm going to act immature and dumb so that I can create drama for no reason!"

She has lived 99 lives for goodness sakes!! She may have lived only up to the age 19 or below in all of those lives, but she should have also learned and experienced many things!! She was always a villain's daughter, and by the looks of it, it was to mostly noble families! You would think that she was properly taught about etiquette, politics, and other BASIC educational things that MOST noble children would learn!! Yes, she presumably looses her memories the moment she goes into the next life, but seeing how she seems to remember the spiritual world and the future, we can assume that she also remembers her past lives!! SO WHY IS SHE ACTING LIKE AN IDIOT WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THE DAMN WORLD!!!!????? She should be the BEST equipped reincarnator in the history of reincarnators!!!

Don't get me wrong, I think that they would make a pretty darn cute couple, but there's another guy that I'm just begging for him to end up with!!

I really, REALLY, want him to end up with the mind reader guy!! Imagine a situation where mind reader guy finally finds him and is spilling his frustrations of trying to track him down, and the MC is just very confused because everything that the guy said doesn't completely makes sense, and all the while, the MC is trying to think of a way out of this situation that he somehow got trapped in. However, the mind reader can see through every one of his plans, and foils them every time. So, MC can't escape this guy no matter what he does, and the guy can learn more about the MC, fall for him, and keep him around until death do them part! The mind reader guy is legitimately the best trap for the MC!!! The MC can't think/Narrate himself out of this one!!!
