The whole story is about a highschooler reincarnating into a light novel, he wanted to be one of those OP Isekai dudes like those in anime but he doesn't have the intelligence or strength the same as ML (original MC) so he just used his knowledge about the light novel stole ML's achievements and pretended to be a seer; he made accidental kind gestures to ML so ML fell inlove with him and ML became some obsessed dude
Years later
ML still turned into a successful dude despite MC stealing all his achievements.
MC lost his "future sight" fell victim 2 fraud and got into debt and his fiancee left him. ML found out and visited him and said he would pay off his debts for him and that he should give his inheritance to his older brother and mansion and live w/ him all that good stuff, gave him aphrodisiac banged and took MC to his home to take care of him (づ￣ ³￣)づ
