Seeing the hopeless mother on the ground with those eyes at MC broke my heart. Every mother’s dying wish is for her child to live a prosperous life. Her eyes show astronomical gratitude, but also immeasurable grief knowing her child will be motherless. I can’t imagine the turmoil and despair, and a heart wrenching reality where her only is for her child’s safety. I tear up reading that part. I resent the king a lot.
This is so cruel, but I finally feel relieved that they won’t ever see him again. I cried a little bit.
So care to explain their age difference and how old they were when they met ??
they are 28 and 30. manhwa said they met when ml was 9 (so i assume mc was 7 unless he had an early or late bday)
But the guy said MC was in the crib or something when ML has eyes on him
do you remember the chapter? i recall that ml corrected the other guy immediately after saying that they both were around the same age after he made the remark (it’s just that he liked him since that long ago). im certain of their ages being 28 and 30 though since it’s explicitly mentioned a few times in the manhwa. if you’re uncertain, I can also provide circumstantial evidence, like mc calling the white hair esper guy, who is 20, very young (so even by inference mc would have to have been 6-7 years older or in the workforce for much longer)

Why couldn’t they be like “if that happens, do whatever you can to bring me back.” It is getting very annoying
