The one you read is fanfic with many irrational parts.
Anyway you can re-check, the author is Plutus, if not then it's fanfic.

Haha.. I do believe Claude deeply love both Diana & Athy.
When Athy wanted to see mom, he made her saw his beautiful memory about Diana.
When Athy's sick, he made her slept to stop pain, and saw mom to console her.

I swear to god. This is the best chinese webtoon that i have ever read!!! Totally recommend it. Read the novel guys!! Its worth it!!! I have lost count how many i have reread the novel (it took me a week each time god!!)
