So, Sanya—the OG and the current one—are basically the same person. She unlocked her abilities at the moment of her death, and she used them to remake everything. It’s implied that she

She did that to cope with all the suffering she went through. She rewrote everything, revised reality, just so she could be happy in that timeline—the one she truly longed for.

Then, she met the Dragon.
And that’s when her forgotten past— the one she erased—came rushing back to her.
Everything flashed before her, and she realized that all her “book thingy”—her story—was just a way to cope.
I think there’s a real phenomenon where, when someone is hurt so deeply and can’t handle it anymore, their brain forces them to forget the trauma. And in this fantasy story, I love how they incorporated that idea. I don’t know if the author was even aware of that phenomenon, but I just find it so damn cool.

No what the fuck. Asta is suffering and was supposed to be the “MC” but rarely gets a power up— he needs to do something harder to gain those things. Yet here we have Yuno, a character was blessed with everything, background, power, and of course power up for no reasons.
He might train but it isn’t on par to get what he wants just like how Asta gets his. While then Asta barely get anything and always on the verge of dying just to get a power up, then out of nowhere Yuno will eventually get a power up for no reasons again, and the cycle repeats. Asta might get a power up but only 1 in 60 chapters while Yuno might even get a power up if he is breathing.
I saw a lot of people are actually upset about this scene, because Asta starts everything with scratch he did NOT have anything related to bloodline or whatever— he isn’t blessed with mana— but not even a single of it. He try harder than others but barely get anything, at this point we can even consider that the author of this work favors Yuno, than Asta in some sense.

Also please if it’s some parts of it are wrong, please tell me! I take criticism in a good way as long the intentions and the tone are good!
