Sweet story idk why people cringing at the
opening; the story unfolds, it is honest and doesnt shy away from all the awkward highschool moments. The characters are distinct and make tou want to root for them, and they don't hide the humans have flaws too. Delilah also isn't a bad person who did bad things on purpose! She and Scott have issues (like everyone else) and communication and emotional regulation was not present when crap when down. This is a genuine story and as "cringe" as the opening might've bin, I gotta admit it is kinda how I'd start a day/end my night when under stress to being me back down to Earth I highly recommend!

But I keep re-reading it because it makes me happy. All the feels. If you haven't read this yet read it, or watch it. Along with Hotarubi no Mori e, Grave of the Fireflies, and Princess Monuke (idk how to spell it)

My new addition of ways to hurt my heart and heal it simultaneously, re-read twice in 7 days and I did cry Im a fging liar frfr, I could summarize all the main plots points and progressions; I am about to write an English class essay and create a power point, sleep deprived at 1:17AM, brothers help me, I might read this again just to feel something after this overwhelming emptiness and joy the story left me with. The pacing was to my taste, I'm glad the teen hair guy I was irritated with became a key core to the main cast and friend group hehe.
Nah that traumatic shit came out of no where, even with warnings I was head locked and pissing my pants, honest to God I was way too invested in this story I'm still sad and processing the emotional beats. You should too for only $7.99 get fucking decked and hurt with these fictional characters rn bro im high asf and sad sowwy for n e mistakes.

on a more serious note, love to see the genuine conversations and chemistry [all] the characters have, the interactions are meaningful and feel real, that's the best and most simple way I can form it into words.

It's given us insight on both characters and their personalities, and in a well paced way. We've also learned about their goals, their struggles, their way of dealing with their struggles, and also we get to watch them fall in love slowly and take care of each other RAHHHHH I just love domestic lovey dovey pairs I cannot geT ENOUGH

This is already lengthy but I also must say how much I loved the writing and art for Seo-an's panic attack scene. I haven't seen much media portraying anxiety well, nonetheless panic attacks so it made me feel happy and seen.
To some, it really can feel as if you're dying, and the relief after after is also mixed with heavy fatigue and loss of sudden adrenaline.
