For what I've seen in mangas, that kind of lingo(?) Is used to translate the kansai accent/dialect.
Thank you, I hadn't known. I assumed that it's because it was written in some kind of dialect I just enjoyed that it was in a different style. It is a good job from the translator.

it also depends on which company's vids you choose to watch... coat west, acceed, men's camp etc have those pretty models, who mostly aren't even gay/bisexual to begin with
