I honestly believe that the boss is going to try to convince the kid NOT to fall into the blondes trap. If he were the type to date kids, he would NOT be against the blonde dating kids. BUT, finding out that the kid is 18 might, just MIGHT, make the boss back off since the kid is almost an adult.
As for the blonde, I am betting he would lose interest once Seunghee (sp?) graduates and stops wearinf a school uniform and becomes an actual adult.
