I believe its art from a novel or that one manga thats called "this girl is a little wild" but i doubt it. If im incorrect, please feel free to tell me what it really is.
you are correct about it being a novel however its not "this girl is a little wild". if i recall correctly it's actually "my husband hides behind a mask" or something along those lines. i remember seeing it somewhere (〜￣△￣)〜
