First, Im pretty sure blonde dude is the top, but if the author is wanting a surprise, it could be the other way around.
Second, the gangster dude is likely someone related to the model agency that MC works at, since blonde said the agency was prone to crimes and stuff like that.
Third.... I dont know where you got the step brothers thing from, but as far as I know, the MC and love interest only go as far back as middle school.

Hmm, I think that, based on the convo the seme was having with the woman, the seme is the kid with the black hair, and he probably had a brother (blonde) who might have died (cause they were saying the mother was compensating for a loss).
It could also explain why the seme changed (bleached his hair) his appearance?
