Wow, this is the first time I like the past story more than the present story, I wish it was a story of its own.
The story is interesting, I love brian's character, and witnessing sol's growth instead of being presented a sketchy, sus Sol like in the first chapters, is much better. Also we temporarily got rid of that annoying blond priest or whatever he is, finally got a break from his plotting (=・ω・=). Alas, days are gonna be short for Brian ┗( T﹏T )┛
I know right. Maybe the author should make seperate series for them even if it only contains several chps. Like maybe put the main story in hiatus, to work for this side story, and back to the main story with readers fully know what had happened in the past. But it's not a good business for the company, that's why I see it's nor possible.
I do miss Ian, but I think the flashback is interesting and gave us context. We're not running headless with Ian next time we saw him for sure.
The way authors are able to deliver a meaningful story with just one chapeter never stops to amaze me.
I remember watching a documentary about shark fin's harvesting and it's horrible, they are fished only for the fins and dropped back into the sea, often still alive, waiting for death in the dephts of the sea.
Now don't get me wrong, Im no vegetarian or vegan, I actually like fish to a degree, but sharks are harvested solely for their fins as a cultural tradition, their meat is considered bad and so discarded, the term may be crude, but to me it seems to be such a "waste".
To me it looks like people have lost the ability to be grateful for the food they harvest in this industrial era, if you are taking another life, the minimum would be doing it respectfully.
Hope the world will ban this and other useless harmful practices that don't give much in return like killing just for the fins.
I know, it's just wishfull hope. It's not impossible though, the harvest of many fishes are already banned in western countries, thanks to the rigid control over their activities it works to a degree, you can't prevent it all, but hey, that's how it starts. Now china is less regulated on this aspect, maybe it will change in the future, after all the young generation will always differ from the previous one,... for worse or better.
I know he's the ML
But, unpopular opinion, I don't like him, so far he's only annoying ( ̄へ ̄)
With this I agree, In fact I find it strange how they seem to already be in love with only 20%, can't imagine what 100% is going to be like. And I can already imagine how the prince is going to grow into a more lovable person. I just think he's too rude to a person he just encountered, doesn't justify how he tried to kill her the first time they met for literally no reason, and how he just goes and steals other's things. He's probably going to have the classic sad backstory to justify his rude behavior, but I think he's still too much. Of all MLs why does he have to be the one choosen, I'm just a bit sad thinking that Eclis is going to be sacrificed when he had so much potential.
Here my honest opinion
To be honest your not wrong. But it also feels like the Story is not progressing fast enough.Like its already chap 64 and yet there is still nu progress in her relationship with all of them except Reynold and Eclis(I think)I feel her relationship with Reynold is becoming better. But fuck derrick the bastard can't look at Penny withot shooting insults at her BRUH!But ye the story needs to pick off higher at least. We need to see why and how the prince is the ML .Tho I don't agree with him being annoying honestly he's barely seen throughout the whole story so I can't really say he is annoying. And Derrick needs a character development cause that bastard scumbagish attitude hits my head so hard
Read several chapters in one go after coming back from vacation.
Blessed by Taehoon, my everything ♡
If he dies, this whole manhwa is as good as dead to me.
