I never commented on anything before, but I have to for this masterpiece. I read it all in a few days and I couldn't think of anything else. Fortunately I haven't experienced what the protagonist and Boguk have gone through, but the way their trauma was portrayed wrecked me because it felt just... Real. Boguk is my favourite character, but it's probably because I somehow feel like he resembles me and, at the same time, he's the person I aspire to be. I truly loved all of them tho, Noa, Sujo, Boguk and Hyung, everyone had their own feelings, motivation and path. The last chapters were incredible. I loved Hyung's monologues, especially the one where he vomited all of those hurtful things to Boguk. Hyung probably realized then that what he was saying was probably what he wanted to say to himself after he re-enacted Boguk's SA and he felt as if he morphed into his own abuser. Here you can really feel why the author decided to call this an Ouroboros, a circle of violence that MUST be broken. I'm grateful to have read this and I truly suggest all of you to do the same (if you ever read this comment all the way, that is), though it is heavy, it's also hopeful and cathartic.
When I read Ouroboros, I couldn't stop thinking about it and how real the characters seemed. This is such a beautifully made sex scene it doesn't even look like one. It's just two people expressing love like desire and it's so well done others just pale in comparison, in my opinion.
Also, this really shows that consent incredibly sexy
