I loved this story more than I thought I would but I really didn't like how the other side characters were side tracked specifically yuri who has a strong presence in the early chapters but was suddenly pushed to the backburner, I wished we saw more about his own story and what's the backstory with the guy dojin fought with because he was trash talking yuri
I honestly feel like yuri has some feelings for someone, I really think it's dogun or jungmin because they were the only two he interacted with the most
Also f the guy who stole the design, not cool dude, that's stealing, wish he gets karma
Like even in the early chapters it was clear as glass that the older brother also had a brother's conflict, like it was obvious man, I don't see the plot twist at all
I skipped so many parts so the story is confusing but overall it's meh, good read if you only look at the art but I am not a big fan of the plot mostly because I don't like prostitution in stories
I honestly feel like my theory is coming to fruition, the end of part 1 would end with hee ryang's assassination, the author won't kill him off yet I know it
There's still part 2 which I am sure off, although I am unsure if there would be a part 3.for now I am sticking with the end of part 1 assassination attempt, part 2 would be the climax of the action
Maybe a coop for the throne now that hee ryang is indisposed, or chaos of some kind maybe even war from their enemies in the borders
But I am betting on chaos maybe even between the officials
Still leaning towards the hee Ryang fakes his own death and hide out while the chaos is on going within the story
If the assassination attempt does happen (although I bet that hee ryang would live) yeonjo will definitely have mix feelings about it, it already shows with how he hesitates
I feel like part 2 is where he finally confronts his feelings and thoughts on the matter
This definitely is tye calm before the storm
I am preparing my heart for the inevitable that would happen ane that would definitely be a whole lot of pain, I am just praying we get happy ending or smth

No joke I really wanted a habulan arc of hisato because I feel like shuri deserved more, he literally spent majority of life in an unrequited love with hisato and deserved to atleast have had other guys into him or smth so he can fully heal or experience new things
And when we finally see some character dev for shuri it gets thrown away because his ato collapsed like dude you were doing so well
I get hisato's pov but like cmon man, I feel like he just realized shuri's worth when he lost him, should've had more angst for his part in my opinion
Also I want akashi to find another true love, his story was sad af and I don't like roche? His blonde ex, like I get wanting to die seeing your love buy dude you really went and most likely traumatised and literally give him eternal sadness for that! You could've said goodbye and died somewhere else but NOOO
Anyway akashi and shuri deserved better in my opinion
Like seriously the epilogue itself would've been a better ending but the .5 chapter for xmas for ne shouldn't be there because it makes me feel like the epilogue was overshadowed with that dark last chapter, wished it was future chapter when boris and sehyun got together
