the reason blue sky complex is miles above most yaoi is because it didn't have this antagonistic force in the form of a love rival or a blackmailer threatening to tear true love asunder, so all the conflicts between terashima and narasaki arose organically out of interpersonal mismatches, and they're able to both grow and change as people, able to compromise - all the good relationship stuff. and now this manga is heading in that dreaded direction???? sigh. i guess publishers/editors decided there wasn't enough drama and pushed for an immediate threat to jolt the story along. it was too much to hope for more of the same ╮( ̄³ ̄)╭
real talk, honest to god felt some trepidation when he stuck that lollipop up his ass without at least tying a string around it. never underestimate the suction power of peristalsis - it's a potential trip to the ER trying to explain to the doctor just what the hell you were doing feeding your candy through your other hole ╮( ̄∇ ̄"❀)╭
i'm glad the mangaka did her research into tattoos so i didn't have to wince all the way through artistic licenses with the tattooing process
