mmm it wasnt bad but it wasnt the best thing i’ve ever laid my eye upon. it’s like a watered down version of Daytime Star. definitely above average tho. Mincheol is hotter than i previously thought he’d be and so is Jia. I love her gangster personality

okay so it was great 10/10 all the way up till literally the last chapter… i thought we were gonna expand more on how ja hyun was empty after she left and that he would be able to see her again but no.. also wtf is with that suck ass ending?? i get the studio abuse n shi but like js go on hiatus?? youre telling me they js lived up in the mountains the whole time and ja hyun just does his thing as king even though he couldn’t forget her for 3+ years??? yeahhhh this had potential to be great but they hella ruined it. 6/10 (BEAUTIFUL ART BUT IM REALIZING YATO IS WITH SORU IN HER DADS BODY??? TF???)

okay so first id like to say that the dad is SUCH A GOOD DAD! i wholeheartedly thought he’d be a piece of shit, but he’s not! but back to the servant, Almore, yeah Aseph was not treating him right the entire book by the way, so I think he needs redemption. i give this book a cool 8/10 because the beginning was a little rocky and in the end the translations, I was lost im ngl I do not know what was happening. I just knew who the bad guy was and that they were trying to kill him I don’t really know why, and I felt like there was a lot of plot holes in it as well, so 8/10 definitely 8/10. their chemistry was OK. He fell in love in precisely 5 chapters but that’s fine ig…

okay so it’s basically finished but they could add like 3 more chaps. (they did) either way OMG. how do i even begin to explain this one. At first i was on the divine dragon’s side but then they got me with the love story of varachius and evangeline. that shit was so sad. AND they threw the story of enrique n raynola on that shit. literally her bloodline is addicted to falling in love with the “demon” men. everyone is so hot in this too like wtf. I’m crying rn as Im typing this because I wasn’t expecting that 1) everyone would fucking die in this story at the beginning and 2) that everyone had that shit tough like huh. I was sorta hoping she’d actually die though in the end because that would have just made this story have even better story building. btw the world-building in this is top fucking tier bc EVERYONE is entangled in it. even shalinar was and btw she did NOT deserve that death. characters 10/10 setting 10/10 story 10/10 chemistry 9/10 only bc he killed tf outta her only friends and she was only sad about it for 2 panels. (we never spoke of them again)

okay so after binge reading this whole thing in one night i have to say that this story is actually really good and interesting. The plot is so deep and in the end I’m actually happy that the emperor n empress had a child and will live happy lives because it was really all that bitch of a mother’s fault. Well actually she just didn’t want her kid to die which is understandable but like… Ji-cheon is also like such a green flag but it’s giving that their both js a little crazy bc she js be stabbing herself all the time and it catches off guard.
