In furry age yes the dog and cat are kids. They are a year old. Furries can't use their human form till they're a year old. So they were a full grown cat and dog (animal wise in size)..plus look at the Yellow Haired Cat he's had that same look for 30 years. Basically furries do not have a kid form physically, but mentally, ablity, and age wise they're still teens/kids. I hope I explained that correctly and in a way understandable. (=・ω・=)

They're adults in animal form, and they can't turn into humans until they're adults, so that's why they appear grown up. They're still more mentally immature.

Okay ima correct myself and say in dog and cat form they're fully grown size wise but mentally, ablitiy they're still young. The panther man is like 30 so to him a 1 is a child even if they are fully grown size wise. I hope im not confusing you more, sorry! ╥﹏╥
