Actually, I have read that, that’s why I asked this question., and judging from the chapter today gave me this idea that it’s all have been manipulated by Taeha. I think Taeha and Haesoo already met in the past and Taeha planned these all..
before that specific chapter i meantioned, nothing was said about how mincheol got his job, i think it was just brush off as lucky break
