Do they even know what endometriosis is? Its not something that they can "just remove" it's not a disease, it's a disorder. Did the author not even check when she wrote the book?

Yes it is an disorder that can only be cured by an hysterectomy or by going into your menopause. But many docs recomend getting pregnant because it can help to provide soothing. My english isn't good enough to explain all the medical details to you, but the mangaka is right, getting pregant is a solution.

Angelamore is absolutely correct. In my family, it started when the girl was 20. She had an operation and one ovary (and an appendix) was removed. Fast forward 17 years: she was married and wanted a child. Went through a bunch of IVF. Didn't work. Ended up with a total hysterectomy and was free of pain for the first time in as many years.
Epilogue: They adopted and were totally happy.

SO SORRY that you have had to deal with these.
My doctors thought I had endometriosis at one time, but it turned out to be adenomyosis (which is similar and has all the same symptoms and pain. Just that the lining is going within the wall itself, instead of outside it), along with recurring fibroid tumors. I eventually had to have a hysterectomy myself, so I understand your pain all too well. But before then, having my son though, DID actually relieve my issues for a few years, and for my mom (who had endometriosis), she had three kids in a row (three pregnancies) over a 5 year span and she stopped having severe issues for a good 2 decades because of that. She always thanked my dad for getting her pregnant so quickly after they got married. Before then she was couldn't move or do ANYTHING when it was that time of month because the pain was too much. I hope you find something that helps with the pain and suffering.
Also, there is a chance the book dealt with it better, or that the author just wanted to streamline it for those who have never suffered from it.

Hello hello so I am not pregnant nor am I gonna have kids any time soon (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜 BUT I am glad to say that my deformed uterus with endometriosis, pcos and my overall medical anomaly of a body actually got help for the pain that was crippling me for so many years. I spent 15 years of my life with a shit ton of excruciating pain and am finally 70%free of it (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
The last 3 years have been the most liberating years of my life
Also to anyone that may read this that deals crippling reproductive organ pain...try the implant (I got nexaplanon) I used to literally bleed out buy the bleeding drastically reduced and the pain, the excruciating pain, is way less than I have ever felt.

Almost killing at a moments notice
