It's probably because the one we get the complete chapters with a better translation doesn't have the new chapters yet. AkumaKira is usually the one to upload them, and they don't come cut like the demonmanga ones. So if we wait, probably more chapters will come.
The big sclanation groups typically translate multiple mangas/manhwas at the same time, and sometimes they take a bit to finish chapters.
