i don't think "god" was referring to anatomy, i think what gene meant was that he would do anything for trevor and that trevor "saved him". before, gene lived as an amish person, and the amish are a very religious christian group that lives simply for god. i guess now, in a way, gene doesn't live for god, but rather for trevor. not sure if that's 100% the right interpretation, but it's just my guess. hope that helps!
