I’m getting serious you-can-only-love-me-your-twin-brother incesty vibes from the Prince

This was so beautiful. I don’t even really consider it tragedy, it was just realistic. I’m glad the rape wasn’t romanticized (usually people in mangas get raped and then suddenly just get over it/fall in love with the rapist like it’s cute and as a survivor myself it was really perplexing). Eunhyung dealt with it the best she could, she was even getting better but it only took one little thing to trigger everything and make her feel as if there was no way out, which is pretty realistic because I feel like that all the time, some people grab onto whatever’s nearest to stay afloat, others just don’t. And it’s really shitty.

Also, it was beautifully written. Dai and Jaehee are my favourite yaoi couple now. I definitely felt that their love was sincere and Dai’s storytelling skills are on point. I’m glad that they do in fact get a happy ending. Character development was also on point They were more than just extras in a manga that a mangaka left half drawn. They had their own struggles, their own goals and it was beautiful to see them grow into better people. Also, this manwha addressed everything perfectly. It’s depiction of violence was not a pretty one, but when is violence ever pretty? And this is how violent people can get in reality ( maybe not to that degree because Jaehee was genuinely everyone’s punching bag). Overall, it’s a really good read. I’m so in love with it that I wish there was a way I could forget it and then read it again. Also, the poetry included in the manhwa is perfection.
Definite 20/5.

Sorry, I was just venting honestly

I'm re-reading this and noticed that the book Akira was reading whilst waiting for him to die was titled " 100 date spots in heaven" I hope death is this beautiful.
