I think I'm overall, satisfied by how the story has went and the way it's nearing it's end (chapter 82 is the end). The only thing I cannot understand is the role of the midget. We get closure for what happens with the punk but I genuinely do not know what purpose he served for the story.
You can't even say that he was there to serve as a plot device to make dojun jealous because it.... Doesn't really happen... Sure he WAS jealous and not confident in himself, the part with the flowers and cake showed so. But overall.... He really didn't do much since I also don't recall dojun becoming more possessive if taeseok or anything like that after the punk.
I honestly feel like a few panels of dojun seeing a girl flirting with taeseok would have more impact than him
Tbh, I kind of wish at least more parts of their plans had gone wrong. It just feels lacking and eaves more to be desired since from what I remember, I think only 1 or two plans have failed. There needs to be more conflict, more tension
Doesn't help that (apparently according to novel readers) a lot of the battles and big plans for the majority of this later part of the story didn't directly involve our mc and so the manhwa just glossed over a lot or skipped it. Probably would have made tensions higher than a brief overview of how they succeeded like in the manhwa
