I'm pretty disappointed there is no romance pretty much AT ALL in this. I mean is kinda more realistic with how transactional it all is, but at the same time, because of oxytocin, at the very least mc should be feeling something akin to live for mr. snek. He's chemically wired to with how much they fuq and that it's consensual. It started out as just a transaction, but by not that chemical should have done him in. So it's kinda Al's unrealistic that he's not feeling any romantic feelings too. Mr. Snek is magic, so he doesn't count lol.
