actually at first i didn’t like the trope i never did but what i always do is to skip a few chapters to see how it rolls out and boy did i not regret it. now in reality i would never trust a man like him. BUT this is a work of fiction and its imaginary. if i approach the story with the idea that a person CAN change and that i want to look past their mistakes. then yeah i like this story. it actually shows a pretty well thought out development. he doesn’t actually change but he definitely matures and develops. it’s interesting considering their personalities still kind remain the same but their relationship is what kinda formed a new personality ? idk how to explain it. but wonderful work. LOVING the angst
