The internalized homophobia is real strong but I was actually glad that he didn’t treat xiao mu badly. Like yes he was treated coldly and ignored by him. But honestly he isn’t as bad as the two lab people that kept bullying him. It’s nice to see that because he realized he was being rude, cold and kinda homophobic (actually if he didn’t know xiao mu was gay. Does it count as homophobia ?? Idk) but he stopped treating him like shit. It wasn’t immediately but you could see that he’s trying to be friends with xiao mu.
And also Xiao Mu ha some confidence to be able to show his face and reveal so much about himself even though he hasn’t seen “Andrew’s” face. I mean that’d be automatically sus for anybody. But it’s a story so makes sense. And like it’s sad that he’s cat fishing xiao mu tho.
Like I know that he doesn’t really wanna let people know that he’s gay. But it’s kind of also fcked up that he’s lying about his appearance and his whereabouts too.
I’m glad this doesn’t have a Yaoi tag. Because then the rape scene won’t be as prominent and I’m not sure if it’ll be even present in the storyline but I think not seeing a rape scene is much better, even if the scenes are gonna be a lot of forcing I guess.
I have a feeling the uke isn’t gonna be the forgiving kind. Like I know he’ll go out of his way to forgive the seme since he loves him and all but I feel like he won’t be like the other ukes where he easily forgives the seme when the seme realises all the wrong things he’s done.

I feel like if there was more plot line and some filler chapters about Jaehyun and Seojin it would’ve been perfect. Because it felt so rushed it didn’t feel as powerful when they saw each other again. Like the build up was a little but anti climatic.
I also wished that Kang Minwoo could’ve gotten some jail term or some punishment. Although he seemingly “loved” Jaehyun he never showed that and now regrets it. But it feels really lack luster ?? Idk
Maybe having more sweet scenes after they saw each other again would’ve been nice. Like showing Jaehyun turn his life around by himself and helping himself would’ve been a nice plot to see.
Seeing them fall in love without the sex would’ve been nice too.
I feel like overall the author just thought of moments that are interesting in a story and randomly pieces it together so it didn’t feel whole.
But with that I still enjoyed it.
That the Yaoi tag disappeared. I would love to see more embarrassment from the Uke and more romantic love than Sex scenes from the both of them. Cause then it’ll feel less heart warming to how they fall in love.
