They aren't related. The guy is the demon who put himself in the womb and was born along side the girl because the mother prayed to the demon that serves her side of the family, (I forget what her wish was) so yes, they shared a womb. But more like mom was a surrogate. They share no blood whatsoever. Hope that helps?

How can anyone look forward to this? Ever since the beginning of this sh!t storm of a story everything has gone downhill, sure almost every chapter keeps you on your toes making you wonder what dreadful act our characters are gonna do next but I can't seem to find any likeable traits about them! Even if they have a sob/background story I just can't seem to care for any of them. Also if you're expecting anything to the slightest bit of wholesomeness THIS AIN'T FOR YOU!! The ending is twisted and pretty sad so if that's your cup of tea- read on.
