Last week, a Japanese high court ruled once again that not recognizing same sex marriage is unconstitutional. This follows 4 other rulings in the last year in various prefectures. The Japanese supreme court is expected to take on all 5 decisions. If they decide it's unconstitutional to not allow gay marriages, Japanese parliament will be instructed to change the laws within a couple years, it still won't be legal until a law is changed. We are closer than ever before to Japan recognizing it though.
Ruby is the title for the 40th anniversary, though in modern day not as many people go along with that but the QEII used them as titles for her celebrations. Dude still sucks for treating his wife and an omega like that though
