A lot of webtoons/webcomics have chapters like this. As sad as it is, It makes sense as to why authors do it. It is a bit upsetting!

Skylar gazes at Cirrus, his eyes widening, while Cirrus, with tears welling in his eyes, turns to meet Skylar's gaze. And the chapter ends there. It was right after Cirrus opened up to Skylar about his sexual assault, so it’s an absolutely huge step in character development for both of them. It's nail-biting because how will Skylar react? Will this bring them closer together and make Skylar open up about his experience of harassment? I personally believe this is THE pivotal juncture in their narrative, for better or worse, and I’m over the moon with the how the storyline is going so far!

Yeah it’s really sketchy. I like the premise, but the age thing is really creepy. It just feels like a weird “justification” for Gail and Douglas to be with a teenager. He also doesn’t act like a 40 year old either. I get that he was traumatized at first, but he has a very simple and clumsy way of thinking that doesn’t really make sense for an adult professional at the top of their field, much less a doctor. I’m leaving because it’s just gross because he looks and acts like a teenager but we’re just supposed to be fine with it because of the transportation? He arrived with his original body, just age reversed. He didn’t reincarnate or possess a new body. It’s just weird and feels like his backstory doesn’t match his personality or behavior, and that it was just a means of justifying the creepy age gap. It would be fine if he had his original body but it’s too bad because everything else was so great
