Hello, I'm not a Native speaker and I have a hard time figuring out what "taking out for a blast" means ? Could someone explain it to me with easier words or give me an situation where it can be used please ? Thank you for your help.
Hey, I thought blast means smt like having fun. So maybe its referring to hang out and have a good Time? But I could be wrong.... maybe it depends on the situation?

Hey,
I thought blast means smt like having fun.
So maybe its referring to hang out and have a good Time?
But I could be wrong.... maybe it depends on the situation?
So like “we are taking Amanda out for a fun time”maybe?
Ok ! Thank you for your help and quick response !
In what context was that phrase written?
Yes because there is also the phrase "taken out with a blast"....which is a little different lol
Like people are running and someone said with a smile " I'm taking you out for a blast !"
So I suppose it's something fun ?
yes, in that case, they were saying "I'm taking you out to have a good time"
I apologise for my language haha! We often say things that doesn't really make sense.
Don't worry, French is quite weird too ^^
