This is one of the better one with the art and the plot honestly not bad, i like gaming and live streaming topic too but my taste was just different
Why in story with straight bottom the top has to come out strong, sometimes it 'feels' manipulative, forceful, gaslightung etc etc. As if, if the gong didnt act like that the shou will never bend... imagine if it's the opposite, a woman comes out strong to a gay man and straightened him, wow i will be so mad.
I am okay with this bc i like BL. But it doesnt mean i can enjoy it every time.
Well i can see how it is going, gong will save shou several times and then made shou realize how indebted he is and also realize he couldnt be without him. That's just so overdone no matter how interesting the plot is. I probably still check this bc I like the art.
I mean, cant straight shou story has more flavour than this?
But i know this kind of plot is almost classic, and i think there are a lot of people who enjoyed this so i dont mean story has to dissappear bc it will just limit the option too. I just recently didnt find a danmei webtoon that is to my liking at all, they keep getting dropped left and right
I think your take is also interesting, though I dont remember if it ever mentioned that zx is straight? since he doesnt show any interest in the opposite sex (but correct me if Im wrong if it was indeed stated from prvs chapters) and if he falls in love with ML then that doesnt make him bi and not str8? A cis person would always be a cis person, if somehow he changed his sexual preference and ‘suddenly bent’ then hes not really str8 at all, but queer and it is normal to discover your sexuality or gender even late in life. Just like myself, I have always thought I am cis, grew up with heteronormative mentality but now I came out as ace, discovered it when Im finally an adult.
I also haven’t encountered a story wherein a gay man falls in love with a cis woman bc that would never make any sense at all? unless hes also bi or pan. But yea this concept is maddening
I just think the zx doesnt think much about romance as of the moment and the ML coming out strong is bc he really really likes the MC and hes not afraid to show his affection. Personally, I really like this flavor of MLs. And sometimes there is really this person who will be your sexual awakening. But this is also just my own take on their dynamic.
It is really fun but the lack of focused plot sometimes make me bored.
