I have been doing Taekwondo and mixed martial arts since I was three years old and now i'm a teacher. We have students who are in there 70s. I personally think every person should do some type of martial arts, especial the more timid and meek people. Its a good way to build confidence and learn to protect yourself.   reply

okay I have a relatively large family i'm like 7 out of 9 so easily forgotten. one day when I was maybe 11 me and my family went to medieval times show and dinner. and I was so freaking exited.
