I see a lot of comments about Akanae (uke) losing his memory and mistaking himself for the twin.....I can read and understand a bit of japanese....so for those who wants to know whats going on in the raws, ive written the spoiler below

Akane did not lose his memory. He is just pretending to be Mei (The twin) so he can be by Keisuke's side and even alters his personality to be exactly like Mei....Keisuke notices this and questions Akane but he just brushes it off....Keisuke then pretends that he is living with Mei but his mind is not letting him and as they are having sex he calls Akane's name. He stops in the middle and soothes Akane and tells him that its enough for today and they both go to sleep in separate rooms. Towards the end Keisuke takes Akane to Mei's grave even though Akane doesnt want to and explains to him that it isnt Mei he is in love with but Akane himself. In the extra pages, he even buys him a wedding ring to show that he properly loves him as a proper lover.

I wudnt say Kou worked hard to get Shinobu back but he did do what he cud do best.....in reality if someone suffered to the point of getting admitted to a hospital for a week then it is pretty serious.....and I admire Shinobu for habing the courage to leave and having even more courage to give Kou a second chance. ....I hope cheating yaoi mangas in the future follows this kind of route than just the uke plainly forgiving
I agree, except I think that Kou suffered just the right amount for toying with Shinobu. He suffered not only physically but he also suffered very deeply emotionally. He had to work hard to gain Shinobus trust again and the constatnt rejection and distrust from Shinobus side for sure made him go through an emotional rollercoaster. Notice how many times he went to meet Shinobu just to try and convey his feelings. If Kou suffered less I would be dissatisfied, but considering what he's gone through I feel completely satisfied that Shinobu gave him a second chance

yeah, I think it was just poor writing on that front. Nobody would be as in love as he's shown to be and then....be able to just go 7 years without any contact with this person they're still deeply in love with. Theres just lots of plot holes
Yhe story about kairi and wataru was promising but i wish it was a seperate series of its own so we cud see kairi really making it up to wataru by showing love and care
