its cus the egg isnt built for full term carriage, it grows and starts causing strain on the surrounding organs, exactly what it did to sunwoo. They took it out at 5 months if I remember correctly. It's taken out at 5 months then put into an incubator. Sunwoo does say he wants to try a full term carriage though. But I'm pretty sure we see the baby at full growth after being taken out of the incubator
