I can pretty much see where this is going. Just think of all the taboo cliches and the plot seems to be heading in that direction. Like a Romeo * Juliet with the portrait of Dorian gray. A beautiful jaded narcissist with an observer of sorts. I'll probably keep reading to see how it ends but not worth starting if you were drawn by the cover imo.
