Well I like reading romance stories that are fluffy and sexy, so yaoi is perfect for that! And when I read shoujo manga, they make it way to complex and frustrating; don't get me wrong, there are some shoujo manga that aren't like that and I read it from time to time, but yaoi just provides more of it. Of course, there are also frustrating yaoi manga that I also quit. Overall, I just prefer fluffy/cute and sexy manga, that shoujo doesn't provide, but yaoi does. (It's also for the really cute boys!)

I'm into all kinds of lqbtqia+ relationships but the market is predominantly catered towards yaoi so that's what I read most. I really wish there were more Yuris out there but sadly there aren't many.

In my case, i’ve always been someone who loves romance or something romantic, but because of some trauma from my past, I just can’t take straight relationship seriously. In my eyes, a love between a girl and a boy is not real. A boy only wants the girl’s body, they don’t love them. So, when a boy falls in love with another boy, I find it fascinating, especially when they were both straight in the beginning. Thay is what true love in my eyes. This is only my opinion tho. No offense. I understand the difference between fiction and reality though.

Anyway, i just don’t believe in love between girl and boy, that’s why i love BL.

I never like love triangle stories in shoujo mangas and sometimes the story line is same old. I like reading both (yaoi/shoujo) but reading yaoi makes me happy ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I don't have any romantic feelings to any genders though I adore girls more. I do feel sexually attracted to men but that's it. I read yaoi because they are less frivolous than shoujo. And then I get to see more attractive male characters. I admit that I am a female who doesn't act like one.

Typically guys are purely stimulated by the physical aspect of sex, but for females it needs to be mentally stimulating too. Most shounen ai and yaoi are written for females by females and are romances of some type. Notice the greater the emotional build up before a sex scene, the more arousing the girls will think it is. I get a kick out of seeing that.

I find girls from shoujo annoying and also how they moan in hentai so for me it's only yaoi #－.－)

I hate shoujo manga. All love in shoujo manga is imposible. In fact, nothing in this world will come soooo good like that. Even if you have a lover, and you love your partner so much, still it will be imposible. All those girls are so meek, and fucking weak , made me wanted to throw them to rubish bin.

cause there's more reaction and nudity then there is in other genres.. if that makes sense. like in yaoi there's more love and story to the action *i don't know if I'm allowed to say the word* whereas i feel in others its just like some movies, how they show them kissing and crawling into bed but the next scene is them cuddling in bed and talking. like there's no excitement. this is my reason i feel like but i also like yaoi drawings better than others cause man they finneeeeee as

Well for me at least, I can hardly ever stand any female characters - they're made to be just so annoying, stupid and helpless that I'm just... No thanks. Especially shoujo drives me crazy. Also since I have no interest in boobs and panty shots double amount of dicks is just win win.

In my opinion, im tired with female characters. Most of them so fucking annoying! And i think i love yaoi because i love man...just seeing yaoi sex i can get horny....but im not interest in the same gender. Plus, i can see many male character that i never see (most of them was super fucking hot!) please understand what im trying to say here....sorry for my bad english. (▰˘◡˘▰)

For me whether it's two guys, girls, or a guy and a girl if it catches my interest I'll give it a chance.
