Honestly the buildup of Noah slowly regaining his memories was the best part. There was the painful dissolution of Scott and Jade's relationship, and the mystery of what happened on the night Alex was murdered. I loved slowly dissecting Noah from Scott, and wondered what the hallucinations really represented. The parallels between Noah in ghost form vs Dylan in chains was also pretty good...and then S2 came around and the quality started to unravel.
I want to say that things became too straightforward, and the artstyle became more and more generic, with a hefty use of 3D models that stiffened all life this manwha previously had. I would much rather have Noah be a "I was born this way" not an "I was made this way" character, because its been done to death and would've been more interesting. It wouldve been harder to explain why he wanted to be loved by Dylan so much rather than it being the one thing his love-starved child yearned for.
And the hallucinations/apparitions from both parties are never explained. Is Dylan lowkey schizo? Is the ghost from Scott really there, or was it a manifestation of Noah's possible guilt? Whyd he just pop up and vanish? Why is Scott's body constantly getting hit by cars? Is that an indication of some greater power (such as fate and order) trying to return the dead to its rightful position? And Jade was just a throwaway character. I was so invested in the idea of possessing someone else and having to deal with their lover, but it ultimately didnt add much to the plot. Jade was literally used for sex and fanservice, not only by Noah, but by the author.
The ending was really straightforward, too. It's not bad, but dissapointing. "What goes around comes around" theme was already established in the beginning, when Noah had no control over anything and could only rely on Dylan's presence to motivate him. He was tortured before, so why do it again? It shouldve had a more tragic ending lmao, both of these idiots shouldve been dead/covered in blood

I was FLABBERGASTED when I reached the "This all the chapters available lol!!" page holy shit, I zoomed through this manga like a drunken kick streamer lmafo. The chemistry between the two characters is so gooood, and Im seriously worried for Phi's future. I hope Apollo takes him back to the mainland, and everyone is understanding about their feelings for each other!!! I have one main gripe with the story though, and that was the need to paint the cheating ex as sympathetic not once but twice. When Phi did it, it made sense due to his lack of experience with monogamy, but when that Lawyer did it, his logic made me want to jump off a fucking cliff. He said "she missed you so much she decided to cheat on you" and "she didnt understand the gravity of cheating (**as a married fucking woman who took VOWS**)" like be fr now

I totally get the frustration I frlt the same thing about the cheating wife, but from what i saw it, I think the author wanted to paint it more realistically? Like for example when you want a divorce because your spouse is a cheater in this society, people would always try to persuade you to take them back in again because they “regret it” or it was a “whim”

This ending was honestly well deserved for both of our mcs, but I feel like it was so rushed :( So much shit I was looking forward to- like Gale telling Hari about his past and Hari and Simon meeting- were kinda thrown under the rug. It really sucks, and maybe Im just asking for too much, but thay doesnt undermine the wonderful journey that was this story. Ill never forget it.
I BLOODY HATE THIS ATMOSPHERE!!! THIS SHIT BETTER NOT END ANYTIME SOON I HATE HOW THEYRE ALL LEAVING AND SHIT LIKE UGH NO STAY. TOGETHER. FUUUUCKKK
