I bought few of the Korean chapters, and let's just say that the snake tattoo on the semes arm isn't the only snake y'all will be witnessing in a few chapters....

Here is the snake if anybody is curious:

Kaede blushing when that woman thanks him for the flowers? Rip my ship :/

Saw the raws of chapter 18 and i have to say that the first cracks are starting to show in their relationship. :/

I do think it will go downhill from here on now tho (before it gets better ofc). I translated the chapter with google translate and what i understood was that after Wolfgang hugs Shin and apologizes for not thinking things through before acting Shin starts to blame himself and is thinking that every time Wolfgang says his name, he doesn't hear Shin but hears "Sin" and that Wolfgang is too good for him and that he (Shin) is the only "sin" in Wolfgangs life. (I'm repeating that i used google tranaslate so don't come for me if things aren't 100 pct correct >< )

I have roughly translated all the chapters and Shin is "depressed" (even if I wouldn't call it depression) because on many factors.
*spoilers*
First of all, in chapter 7 we can see both Wolfgang and Shin talk and confide their worries to Sys. We are shown 2 completely different perspectives: Wolfgang is bothered by the fact that Shin doesn't seem super attached to him so he decides to touch him more but it doesn't work much so, later, he starts courting him by giving him many useless gifts that Shin rejects/ignores... let's say that Wolfgang likes showing his feelings and thinks that Shin understood what he feels; Shin, on the contrary, is still not sure about their relationship. He thinks Wolfgang sleeps with him and touches him because he (Wolfy) has desires and he's (Shin) a property passed down, like some kind of testament (Shin was the previous King's child aka lover, now Wolfgang is his new "master"). We can see it when he start telling Sys about what happened the day Wolfgang killed the King: he took off his cape and said that his body was now his.
Also, during the chapter, Sys tries to convince Shin that it's not true, that Wolfgang genuinely likes him and that everyone can see it. But Shin doesn't believe it and asks Sys to stop blabbering and to show some respect.
To resume, Shin ans Wolfgang do not have an official relationship yet and they will never have one until Wolfgang clears things up (or Shin finds the courage to ask in what kind of relationship they really are but I doubt he will be the one to do so as he's very courteous around Wolfgang, he always treats him as an emperor and asking something like that would be a little disrespectful. It could only happen during another discussion I'd say, when Shin loses his shit or something like that XD).
Anyway, in the new chapter the so called "depression" is mostly caused by fear, Shin is afraid that Wolfgang will soon die as there are many who want him dead and, what's more, the King just showed everyone that he has healing magic in his hair... at least, the discussion starts like that.
Shin wants a king without flaws, a perfect one, he repeated it 2 times during the 2nd season at least. When he accidentally slaps Wolfgang and Wolfgang apologises he has a crisis because "no king would ever ask to be forgiven to his servant" and he blames himself because he understands he's a sort of flaw himself. He worries he won't be able to stay by his side anymore, he worries because he's not efficient enough. It's as if Shin is trying to merge his duties as a minister and his love for Wolfgang but he cannot yet accept/realise to be in love with him (but that's my opinion). I see it because he has always taught Wolfgang how to act as a King BECAUSE he wanted a new country, a better one, but now there's an addition. He still looks for perfection for the sake of the coutry but now he wants to protect Wolfgang not only for the country but ALSO because he's afraid to lose him as a person/friend/lover. --> reason why he lost his shit this time XD
Lastly (omg I wrote too much...), at the end of the chapter, he just accepts his fate, he says something like he'll be his only sin (as the person above me said, the name Shin for him sounds similar to "sin")... so instead of a crack in their relationship, I see some progress. Shin Loves Wolfgang and hopes the best for him as a person and as a King but he'll surely have to deal with Wolfgang who is the only one able to calm him down and make him relax... simply put, he has to understand they love and complete each other (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

Hey, I’m also a raw reader fellow and I just want to say this: I hope folks stop sharing the raw content unless they have complete or almost complete comprehension of the language. You can read using Google translate, which is very unreliable and often goes haywire especially in comic format where a sentence is split into several seperate lines, and translate the art however you want; it’s your freedom to do so. But please refrain from sharing that incorrect/incomplete knowledge to others, which should be the equivalent of spreading false rumours. Thank you and I hope you don’t take this personal ^^
Anybody knows if the author has said anything about how long the side story is going to be?
If i remember right she said that it'll be shorter than we think but idk how many chapters will be
