Is this moving onto other people's stories in the universe? Like the "main couple" is done and their story is complete? I don't like reading unfinished stuff but I was really excited when this was "completed". Can I just read up to 83/84 and just ignore the rest?

I'm glad I came and read this after finishing the official manga of the original story. It's nice to know their relationship is canon SOMEWHERE, even if it couldn't be in the main thing.
