To those who said the seme (ozaki) is an asshole/ or dropped the series after ozaki kissed the kouhai (katsumata) is just plain disrespectful and rude. I know the author didn't portray that moment well but what the seme was doing was trying to save the uke (tsuburaya) but also not trying to hurt the kouhai feelings in any way because he cares about the kouhai, and loves the uke so he has no intention of hurting both. Yes he showed it in a bad way and making the uke feel hurt/jealous but he later understood why the seme did it (and in the live action it shows a better representation than the manga)
