Sadly, that applies in real life too...
That's the reason why it made me more uncomfortable reading this (and other similar mangas). The fact that they sweep everything(stalking, SA,r*pe, blackmail, abuse...list goes on) under the rug lightly or make it look like it's nothing disturbs me greatly too.
The situations you read in the mangas may seem unrealistic to sheltered peeps lucky enough to not go through shits but such situations freaking exists and even more commonly than one might think(╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻

Ditto! I'm not expecting anything, but maybe hoping that we get to see more character-driven plot lines soon, because there's no telling where things are gonna go in BL stories. Keeps you guessing and leaves you feeling ambiguous about it all.
I only read the novel till this ended.. Don't know what's gonna happen in the revenge arc.
I wish the age gap wasn't that big. Like it would have been better if it was just a 10 year difference or some.
