Bruh, idk why they tryinna make Ignis out to be the good guy or "warmer" as she puts it while framing letio as the bad guy.
Tbh they both messed up lmao. Ignis didn't care what sort of methods he used in order to get his wishes; he orders Rowan to make Selena show her full abilities no matter what - so of course rowan is gonna use her dad as leverage, why are you so shocked dude, youre the one who forced him to do it no matter the means. Also not to mention him summoning monsters and killing them as a publicity stunt but not caring even if people die in the process ಠ‿ಠ
With the killing as publicity stunt I believe you are right, even though they aren't that, they are more to probe Selena worth (still wrong but he know that he should stop and he does).
Then the thing with the twins father, yes, he does ask his friends for help in revealing the true power of her but he never thought that Rowan would go to such lengths, maybe he is playing the ignorant card or whatever but he never thought that Rowan would go to such lengths and that is why he confronts Rowan and also why Rowan calls him on it (because he should have known as Ignis know Rowan better than no one). Having said that, what makes Ignis better than Letio is that he shows remorse, is that he knows that what he did is wrong and that he must pay for it while Letio, even when he says that he will listen her he doesn't, Letios love is selfish while Ignis love is childish but one that is evolving.
Eh Ignis just feels guilty for manipulating her into doing what he wants, I kinda doubt he'll actually repent for it as long as he can keep her by his side. Letio seems to have been brought in an environment where his moral compass broke in order to survive. Does that make him evil? No, hes just messed up. In the first place I dont think comparing who is worse or better does anything. Both options are bad lmao
Ah but, he is repenting as he is showing guilt and he did say to her that he wants to see her father as it may be the last chance. I believe that that is because he knows that the moment that he comes clean or that she realizes what he has done she will leave him, and he manipulates because he doesn't know how to keep people close, that is something she knows and something she has done to as to keep him close. For example, when she defended him with the duke (I actually don't remember if it was a duke or a count, sorry) she defended him because it was the right thing to do but also to make him forgive her. I do know that what he is doing is far worse but he is repenting and I believe he will, while Letio, yes he may have been brought with a broken moral compass but even when she is trying to teach him he still does what he wants and Letio knows its wrong he isn't repenting he is doing far worse even with manipulating her brother and with the way he treats him. On the scale of wrong I believe that Letio is worse than Ignis, I believe that at this point neither deserves her but if Ignis is going where I think he is going with his guilt I would put my money on him.
wait am I remembering wrong? I thought letio didn't kill them and it was because of the monsters that were released or somthn, so basically white haired duded fault
I think Letio took advantage of the chaos caused by the monster and did kill them.
Yeah because the wounds were different
