At first I just had a hunch that Yoonsung already knew about Hakyung's secret and his gender but now after reading the latest chapter I am fully convinced.
He knew Hakyung was only pretending to be who he was and he wanted to know everything about the real Hakyung that was why he was assuring Hakyung on the latest chapter saying he will wait for him to reveal himself...Yoonsung was basically giving Hakyung a hint but than the accident happens and the dementia part comes...

Like the story, so I am hoping for some character development soon because I find them a little too immature...they aren't even teenagers anymore
If I am right they are supposed to be either in their lates twenties or early thirties in teb present timeline so it irks me when they start acting so immature but yeah still like the story

And the reason why he's here is because I think he will probably play some major role in the upcoming chapters, otherwise the author wouldn't have introduced a character out of nowhere
