Tbh, I saw an ad on youtube about a guy that plays a game called Arcana and get free things because they think he is a girl irl. There’s also somebody named Yummin in there. Pls help, I can’t find the ad again

This manga has 2 stories in total. First story is about a seme who chokes the uke during sex. After the uke stares in the mirror at the marks on his neck, the seme fears of the uke leaving him. Second story, seme's house is flooded, conveniently seme's friend (who is having an affair with the uke) had him stayed with the uke. Uke's house is filled with butterflies which Seme is afraid of.
