Hey guis. Birb has finally struck a conversation with a real life hooman. it was very awkward and had some long quiet moments sometimes but still a conversation nonetheless! Was wondering if you guis felt something similar sometimes (your guis's thoughts and help is relieving)
Birb noticed he stutters too much. (a lot honestly ...)
And he has trouble keeping eye contact without feeling suffocated and dizzy, it makes me feel like im being put on the spot
or if I don't look at the person I feel bad that they might think I'm not interested in the conversation or listening
And it's very hard not having a flushed face from the awkward stuttering and silence and since there was more people, i felt self conscious
Birb is happy that the person was kind and didn't seem to mind, but he'd still like to change that about himself without having to interact with anymore people yet.
Birb has tried self-calming thoughts, but it just makes him feel jittery and he ends up stuttering more :<
(and sometimes too happy that he ends up not focusing on the conversation ...
