I hope out dragon gets to save the people she wants. Change irl is hard enough, at least I can live vicariously through novels.

I really like the MC. Gravity seems to like her since that gown stayed in place.

The ML is basic so I'm not feeling it, and this kind of colour washes him out.

Let's thank the artist for this gift. Bless them for giving us hot (fictional) dads.

I got triggered by the flashback, so I needed that.

I think the Duke and Camilla are calm because Rania is too sus. She showed herself at the birthday party, no previous contact or even a letter of intention. She made it very public. Even if they don't speak of it, those hints live in their subconscious.

The bracelet was also a precious gift meant to commemorate Ludvig's birth, it's not the type of gift that one gives away to a daughter to wear. It would be more believable to use it as a token of proof, not wear it.

I do love the character art for this, it's not just useless 'cute' or overly decorated in a pointless way. The clothing makes sense. Probably a work with better art.

Another chapter of me hating the ML's huge face. Also feeding the girl, this kind of cheesy foolishness should stay in K-dramas. It just looked awkward here.

So the rebellion is still on? Time for some shady politics.

What is it with Korean stories that start off fun and interesting, but just become irritating and boring?

I miss the dragon and the bunny. I hate that the MC has to do this nonsense even though she said no because status.

Enosh got to grow up, and his fiancée (forgot her name *cough*) didn't become embittered.

Her son is a better person than the mother. He has the maturity to manage the orphanage and hopefully his own personal life. He won't pretend to be a saint and cause so much pain to her own child.

She's dead now, so basically he's gone no contact with her. Her memento just gave him a moment to realize she had never forgotten him. But that's just the author's fallacy, she probably kept many boxes, she even forgot she had this box.

The best outcome I can see for this is the son leaving and getting another job.

His mother neglected him and hurt him, so it makes sense that all his bitterness is towards the things that stole all his mother's affection and time.

He's not doing something cruel, because despite them saying the kids are getting the best clothes and food, none of the kids seemed to look like that. They weren't dressed fancy or had elaborate meals. So either someone is stealing or it's just an excuse to make the son look mean. When you have to manage on of these institutions it really is a battle of necessity and planning.

The prince's unaliving ideation triggered her memories of her past feelings, this happens in real life. It's not unusual to have one unaliving event set off a small cascade. So if anyone is feeling depressed or has dark thoughts maybe skip this chapter and the next one. Especially if you are reading this for a lift.

Camilla played a smart game, if only life was really like that. It's really rare to see a bully punished. I'd say especially in S.Korea, but it happens in other places too. S. Korea is just where you get the worst of it because the legal system isn't designed to punish minors.

Lol

It's been a while since I laughed so much at Hestia's fan behaviour.

(I'm been enjoying the fans going mad for Jin (BTS) since he finished his military service and got to carry the Olympic torch! So fun.)

I hope OG!Camilla (Sia) is doing better now. I guess both of them had similar childhoods, even if they don't share the memory of it.

I hate manga/ novels that glorify abuse just for the sake of it. Like look at our suffering character! They'll never get an apology for their suffering. They just grow strong enough to put it behind them. It's like saying that their abuse was inconsequential. Like the kid who left school before Laila, he never got justice, no one ever fought for him.

Okay, so the Baron also pocketed a lot of investment money.

Hestia was extra petty in this chapter, she worked hard for this, so I'm glad for her. Seeing Kael was refreshing after all the b*tch antics.

???

There's a line between bullying and assault. A lot of what I see from Korean news is not bullying but assault, legally protected under law even when causing injury or death. It's insane. Bad cases appear all the time, no matter the location.

Did Laila and Camilla always know each other, or did out OG!FL just have a mental breakdown?

Camilla was never in an orphanage, she should have been with her mother and Ravi.

Flabby is justice!

The only one allowed to poke Iruma's soft tummy is Clarin :D

Being a king is all hard work and boring, making a king is fun and you can walk away after. Iruma is going to lead everyone, he's setting off on his gathering phase.

Tsk, tsk Diana, imagining her face is giving me feelings. Lol.

Aww

Ravi is being a baby and sulking. Tsk, tsk.

Camilla's punch was hilarious though.

In the OG novel; Ravi's misdeeds were because of his perceived inferiority complex. It's not that he wants attention so much that he feels insecure. At least it seems like that to me.
