I think the uncle is not a rapist, it explained when (i forgot his name lol) being raped by kenta and friends he is drugged that time and begging to his uncle to help him relieve, and that uncle protect that boy by saying 'if i want to do it better with younger one or smthng' so basically the uncle is so gentle and so kind in my opinion, but i can say that e is kind to everyone because he is "help"ing that boy continously so it can count as rape.
