One thing I hope that it won't happen is Yuyal to be the devoted second male lead. I've read the spoilers some of readers that he wasn't the ML. I'm sick and tired of reverse harem and love triangle because there will be always one ML to choose while the devoted male leads will step back after making great efforts smh.

If Yuyal is not male lead, at least make him the brother figure for MC because why make the boy become so attached and devoted if he only become devoted second male lead (︶︿︶)＝凸

My guess about the white haired brat:

A) He is probably the younger brother/nephew/son/cousin/little uncle/ of that white haired villain who have wiped out the village where Physician Mhan lived

B) He is the villain and shrunk himself (it's wuxia and there might be pills that can change body figure) to keep up the facade in his family

C) Just some cliche creepy frick who have no respect on personal boundaries, the type all smile and acting shady
