Eh I’m not worried with Frederick there by her side. With how many times he protected her before, it wouldn’t be a surprise that he already has a plan to keep her out of actual harm by playing along with the brother’s scheme temporarily. I guess their wild card is that the brother doesn’t know how much Frederick actually cares for FL.

I’m ngl I think ppl tend to block out or delude themselves from seeing any potential red flags or hints in stories whenever they see the ML treats only the MC well. It’s like certain readers have tunnel vision and once they snap out of it they’re like “no way! I didn’t expect he’s not a green forest!!”
From the VERY FIRST MEETING ML told MC he’s either gonna leave him there or kill him, himself, if MC wasn’t useful. That should’ve summed up how readers should know part of his character. With all the hints, it’s clear ML isn’t normal and hasn’t been raised normally. It’s either he’s not even human or he’s some sorta experiment that’s been locked up and wasn’t taught much about everything. He doesn’t seem to understand what sex is or what words mean or what morals are. SOMEONE had to have taught him that this was the way he should think. The way he thinks eerily reminds me of how a child mentally is. He acts that way at times too. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was some sorta government experiment to turn a human into a weapon lol. I mean after all, think of black widow. They don’t wanna put the thought of relationships and sex into their minds for the sake of staying a weapon.
I’m more irritated by ppl who switch up when they weren’t comprehending the story or characters at all. It’s like they only focus on the romantic aspects and are stupified by anything else. I guess some readers strengths aren’t exactly reading stories including drama, thriller, or psychology. You can tell which readers only read office romance or school love stories lmfao.

Imma just say before the hate floods in about taeha, yall should’ve known since the beginning that he’s not a normal dude. It’s pretty annoying when a story gets main stream and ppl complain about every little thing when they let other bigger situations slide. Yall saw he’s basically a yandere, and you’ll get a yandere. Dont expect it to be any different. It’s like some ppl want some sorta pure green flag yandere. It’s obvious the man hates mincheol, of course he wants him to be the one cryin lol.
Also let’s not forget haesoo technically is the one that doesn’t want them to put a label and be in an official relationship. What they are is in a fwb/situationship at best. He did try to confess his own feelings but she pushed him away. I’d say I think it’s best if haesoo is the one to eventually confess what she really wants after holding back all this time. And that’s exactly what takes is trying to push her to do. If he’s the one who pushes his feelings of wanting a relationship, she’ll only push him away again due to her insecurities. She’s gonna have to be the one to want it badly that she won’t care anymore and get that man of hers lol.

Idk what u seeing but I see more hate on hasoo's body than people bitching on taeha. But I definitely agree with you. This yandere male is to die for and hasoo gotta work and earn her confidence back. He straight up told her he likes her but she hopping in between decisions. As manipulating as he is, it's also helping her try to get a voice in.

Broooo as someone who read the novel, they’re really changing stuff now and idk if the changes are going in a good direction. The novel can be simpler than people may like but if people don’t like unnecessary drama, the novel was portrayed that way. There wasn’t much obstacles to FL and ML (the only conflict was Raymond), and FL and ML got straight to the point with their feelings. The author seems to be ADDING a significant amount of drama in the manhwa maybe cause they felt like it was too easy going? Though I honestly think that’s what made the novel stand out against all the other dramatic romance manhwas.
In the novel, lady Devon was described to originally be a woman and only turn into a man during full moons. That’s it. It was thrown into the story for some misunderstanding/comedic effect for one single scene and moved on. Now I guess the story is being changed to have lady Devon’s curse be that she’s originally a man to add another male love interest? Are you fr?? We have a crappy harem now? I feel like more than usual, manhwa adaptations have been making too many changes lately and often times make the story worse. The author is seriously trying to pull yuri bait and harem bait. Are they trying to learn from what other manhwa tropes have already been done and throwing them in now?
Also btw this entire event of this group going out to see the festival didn’t exist in the novel. So the cockblock event was nonexistent. FL also didn’t have the scene where she found out about lady Devon, in this event. She actually found out during a mission where the knights were out to fight and FL walked into one of the tents and saw lady Devon like that. Then Raymond came and tried explaining the situation, then Kylo came and misunderstood what was happening.
-
Anyways for those that don’t like too much drama, I’d suggest for yall to read the novel. It’s not that long and once the initial conflict is out of the way, FL is the one to really make sure she gets all her lovey dovey moments with her man (she fr purposely collected traps where they kinda get stuck in a small box(?) so she and Kylo could be stuck together alone undisturbed in close proximity for a long time LOL,, and then Kylo helped steal and collect a bunch for them to use whenever she wants).

Also to add on it looks like Chapter 102 in the novel is where it kinda leaves off? Though the events have been changed, that chapter happens after FL talks to the short haired knight about his crush on the saintess. In chapter 102 every knight later on goes on a mission to close the rift during the festival. 103 is when it first talks about lady Devon being cursed in detail: Lady Devon went out for a walk on a rainy day and it happened when the first crack/rift opened in the world. She got struck by lightening and was cursed not to tell anyone(?) She said she kept it a secret from her family (which is different in the manhwa now), fearing that it’d be her greatest weakness. She said she’d just have to endure the full moon once every month and her body would return to normal. Rumors would start that there was an illegitimate twin brother seen at times.
Chapter 105: Lady Devon turned into a man during the full moon during the mission due to the rift, and FL was shocked, lady Devon was flustered and approached FL to explain but FL backed away saying for her to calm down and not to get closer. Then the full moon turned back into a crescent and lady Devon passed out. Then Raymond came in, picked her up and apologized since he knew about her condition and didn’t tell her, that lady Devon was in a complicated situation due to the childhood curse. That’s all. They literally move onto a different topic and don’t address the curse thing again lol. Then Kylo came and went to talk to FL about the kiss she gave him when she was drunk. He tried to confront her about her feelings but she got scared due to the event of the rift and didn’t want to give him hope so she walked away. Then after Raymond and Kylo get into a fight. Then after raymond went to apologize to Agnes and Agnes didn’t respond.
Chapter 108, is when FL sets off to close the rift on her own. (And this is basically the climax conflict, so after this FL and ML finally get together).

Honestly I feel like the mc’s group/nest keeps getting their asses kicked because they give mercy to the villains. They beat em up and throw them in jail, only for them to escape and be a problem later. It’s why the story feels like the villains constantly keep winning and being a nuisance. Nest/mc’s group doesn’t have it in them to finish the job and that’s what’s holding them back and creating more casualties in the future. The villains keep winning cause they don’t give af and get the job done.

It’s funny cause ppl be fighting for their lives for Taegu. Lemme just say two things can be true at once, BOTH Taegu and seoin can be bad love interests. I’m more shocked by ppl seriously refusing to see the context shown.
It’s like when a guy friend you trust to be just a friend shows he has feelings for you. It’s so uncomfortable and it’s like a betrayal. You’d think there’d be people who can relate to a dude trying to get too close and you not wanting to ruin the friendship, try to create distance but the guy just keeps pushing it. In yeongwoon’s place, it’s like Taegu is his uncle and considers him one, but suddenly his uncle figure sees him as a romantic interest? Idk about yall but idc how hot he is, I’d be grossed out. Just the fact that yeongwoon is trying to create boundaries and pushing Taegu away says a lot. Yeongwoon’s words and actions shows he’s very uncomfortable with how Taegu butts into his life and when he’s touching him for longer than he’d like.
He doesn’t want Taegu to make him work for him, he doesn’t want him to enter his house without permission, he doesn’t want him to hug him too long, he doesn’t want him to be getting into his personal life- and yet Taegu still does it. That’s the problem. I think because Taegu watched MC grow up and had a hand in helping, he feels like he’s obligated a say/place in MC’s personal life. It feels like yeongwoon is getting pretty fed up with Taegu crossing his boundaries, because he first tried hinting it lightly in a still friendly way. But as mc gets more frustrated he gets harsher with the words he says (so relatable as I’ve been in this situation, and it makes me feel like the bad guy for being gradually colder and rude, cause the dude won’t stop).
And Taegu isn’t an angel either. Chapter 5 shows taegu’s subordinate saying how they turn a blind eye to the creepy sponsor. Chapter 12 shows Taegu kicking the actor in the stomach and threatening him to fix things with the sponsor.

Brother eughhhhh.
I felt uncomfy during that scene. It sent me back to the time a guy “friend” made me feel so uncomfortable by touching me and getting handsy. I couldn’t say shit cause he wasn’t touching any private areas and I didn’t wanna cause problems seeing as I’d have to see him in class every other day and didn’t wanna mess up the friendship
MC’s uncomfy face really hit home for me.

Okay but I’m seriously laughing at the people in shock. Especially those that called seunghyun their beloved “baby.”
Let’s get this straight, both aren’t good people and both don’t do good actions. I also am shook that no one expected this from the main story being rape 24/7. No one should’ve expect any green flag story, at least not from this same universe.
-
And onto the seunghyun lovers. These ppl are definitely the messed-up-mentally fans of the main story. The ones that turn blind to anything their fave does as long as he treats his own partner well. They genuinely believe only treating their lover well is considered a green flag. They also believe dooshik is a total green flag. They didn’t drop to think that seunghyun and dooshik aren’t green flags since how you treat everyone around you is also necessary to consider. Why do you think irl people’s judgement of red flags for a bf is how they treat women, their family, servers, etc? Red/green flag is not just how you treat only your partner, and fiction readers warped the meaning.
Imma sound like an ass but I’m genuinely happy that people got slapped with reality that their fave isn’t as sweet as they imagined he was. Though some are still delulu and come up with excuses again that Seunghyun did good since it’s payback (which is what they said about dooshik smh).
YUHHH I really liked that side character that helped mc. Is the ml that one dude who was also threatening in the other story? I forgot cause the ml from the main story and this guy look so similar
The ml is the one who injected the syringe in the origin of species mc’s arm. The one that poison him
