It seems he further explains why he did all the things he did, and honestly it’s resolved pretty quick. I don’t know the language of the raws so I can’t tell, but hopefully he did have a good explanation. Anyways it looks like he makes up for it and everything and announces his relationship in front of everyone at work and brings her flowers, gives her a ring, etc. It’s actually pretty smooth sailing, and future conflicts are resolved quickly. In the future chapters she does get preggo, and he’s pretty happy. If anything after the baby is born, he’s the one that really gives a lot of his affection to them. It didn’t look like he ever thought or cheated on her btw, more like he really always loved her. Tho it’s just confusing with some of the stuff he did, I guess it’ll be explained when it’s gets translated. I don’t hate the guy, but just find some of the things he did to be frustrating because it made the FL insecure before. Overall I think he really does care for her and love her a lot. And I’m not gonna hate him when I don’t even know the full explanation or reasonings.

Okay so what I sort of got from the comments and from the plot:
It seems that itsuki was born as a boy. Then all of a sudden itsuki’s body changed and “magically” changed to a girl’s body (aka the banana gone gone). Itsuki’s mother found that out and was also confused, so she went to try to find help as to why this happened. No one could find any answers so it’s unknown. The doctors seem to think that itsuki was born a girl hence why it was said that no one believed them. Tho I don’t know if birth certificates are a thing to prove it lol
So I looked at the raws and in the next chapter,
Aria wears a more simple and tight fitting dress that also reveals her chest more and can I just say- this girl is a WOMAN now. No more child, she look grown af. Her waist is snatched and her chest look like melons compared to mielle’s little raisin kid-sized chest.

I’d have to agree with another commenter that said the same thing: I think yukio might be getting blackmailed. After all yukio was already scared of other people noticing hikasa being close with him, so he didn’t want hikasa to be hated. It would make sense if yukio was blackmailed about their relationship being revealed by that murao dude since yukio did play footsie under the very open table. Especially cause as soon as yukio got home, he wanted to do it, like he wanted to be “cleansed” from something dirty. And then the sort of look while he was taking a shower.

Anyways it’s never good to be a home wrecker obviously and her intentions just gave me more embarrassment lol. But either way it’s not like I haven’t seen a scenario like this before, I’ve seen it in yaoi (love nest) tho the MC wasn’t so focused on purposelyfinding taken people. But in the end it came to bite him in the a** later and I honestly didn’t hate him at all (maybe it’s cause his personality was pretty enjoyable to me beside his relationships). I’m really not mad at her for her motives as to seeking married men, but more like it felt disappointing.
In my opinion, this is a step higher than being the cheater. Not saying it’s much better or that it’s not terrible, but at the veryyyy least she isn’t committed to a relationship where someone genuinely likes her and she goes out and does the cheating. From past reading experiences, she still has the potential for character development, also she clearly isn’t as bad of a person (beside love issues), she is good at her work and seems like a decent friend

So Winnie loses her memories, and the doctor also includes the fact that she loses her common sense. Don’t know if this was made so that the author can excuse the fact that Winnie could fall for the ML again, but whatever, I’m not surprised anymore. So what happens is Winnie questions seth as to who he is and he replies that he’s her husband, that’s when the last chapter ends (you have to pay extra to see the future chapters). Now very understandable that lying is no good, and Winnie would have every right to be mad when she gets her memories back.
Now what surprises me is the comments section in the app. There are people who are saying that Seth is absolute evil or that he’s just as bad as the ML or he’s even worse for just lying. I can’t even think of how people’s logic works. I’m just thinking: “who hurt you?” Either those people got trust issues or were hurt by people who lied to them, cause clearly they can’t relate to the suffering that winnie went through.
Lemme tell you guys what this one commenter was like on that other app:

Yeah...Those people...You know...I ain't gonna lie. I used that app to read Phoenix Nirvana. But occasionally (Ain't proud of admitting this) but I did read stories like this on the app (Why I read it. Tbh, I was hoping there to be a better outcome but there never really was and then I got stuck in this loop of reading shit like this just hoping... Hoping to see maybe FL does something or just light out of the tunnel for the FL but with not ml) And the one thing that I have never understood. The one thing that I to this day will never understand. Is how people on that app who were cussing and wishing death at the ML for doing shitty things to the FL to just... Forgive him and then they just ship them together despite knowing what ML did FL.
I feel like most of the people who use that app are really young children because most of them stick to the fantasy of true love. And then of course, there are mature and intelligent people who do use the app (tho it’s rare). Have you seen Beneath the Mask? In that story the ML calls the FL an ugly monster for a lot of the story, yet people still ship him with her.
Tbh there’s a lot of crap stories on that app and it’s pretty embarrassing how I’ve checked a lot of them out. There’s another one called Invalid Engagement, it’s pretty much the worst one I’ve seen. The ML treats the FL as if she’s a b*tch or a sl*t. He always says terrible stuff to her and sometimes hurts her physically. He tells her all the time how he only loves her sister. And the funny thing is that he actually is in love with the FL, but he doesn’t change one bit. I check in every now and then, up to 158 chapters and I see absolutely no character development at all. He even thought she was a sl*t for only talking to a male doctor while visiting her sister at a hospital (she was only asking the doc how her sister’s condition was). The FL isn’t completely weak, she does talk back and has a no bull attitude towards him, but her weakness is that she still, loves him deep down even after all he’s put her through.
Oof okay so I just checked back on it and it’s completed, if you don’t wanna waste your time checking it out here’s some spoilers:
So the ML tries to get a reaction out of the FL to see if she gets jealous by using another chick to act that he’s gonna sleep with her. Few chapters later she tells him about being ready to divorce any time, he tells her that he doesn’t love her again blah blah blah. Last two chapters, the ML is in a good mood, declares his happy and loving relationship with the FL. Later hugs the FL and tells her all the nice things, she’s blushing and happy, the end. No misunderstandings sorted out, no problems resolved, just went over and finished.
Yeah, I stopped reading all those stories (Let's just say my health was in jeopardy if I kept reading them). But yeah, I feel ya... It's just the same crap over and over again....Or if FL finally leaves the ML. The male lead is like "Omg what have I done? I'm gonna look for her and force her to be mine and completely pretend I didn't do all that horrible shit to her" like dude... Apologizing is one thing but then you just...(〜￣△￣)〜
And the thing is it’s not like the lie he told her was that deep I mean they are engaged so technically she is about to be his wife (he still shouldn’t have lied but he didn’t tell a ground breaking lie to her) Seth and FL are cannon tell me otherwise
